Een waar gebeurd verhaal

Opgedragen aan de Politie in Eindhoven en de
Burgemeester van Eindhoven.

Op een zaterdag middag (sunday is vrije interpretatie)
Ben ik aangehouden in een een soort politievangnet
met wel 12 geuniformeerde helden. Niks mis mee, toch?
Ja toch wel. De vrijdagavond tevoren waren er in de
Eindhovense "bierstraat" Stratumseind verschillende
vecht en schietpartijen waarbij ook onschuldige
mensen het slachtoffer werden.
Prompt riep de burgermeester zaterdagsmorgens via
de radio de bevolking op om een soort burgerwacht
te vormen. Er was een groot gebrek aan
"blauw" op straat. Dit is natuurlijk minstens goed
voor een paar vraagtekens bij de weldenkende mens.
En gordels??? die draag ik niet. Ik ben zonder gordels een
gebouw in Frankrijk binnen gereden en heb dat daardoor
overleefd.
